Pricing is determined by the architectural complexity of the project, the scale of the building (number of floors, number of windows, physical dimensions such as width, length, and height), the requested level of detail, and the intensity of special materials to be used. Since each project is designed entirely custom for you, a personalized price quote is provided after the details are finalized, rather than a standard price list.

After agreeing on the project details, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required to initiate the work process. Since each diorama is completely custom-made, order cancellation or refunds are strictly not accepted once the production process has begun. The remaining 50% payment is collected when the diorama is completed and presented to you for approval.

State-of-the-art 3D printing systems, laser cutting technologies, and high-quality modeling materials (special textured paints, resin, wood, and actual miniature building elements) are used together to maximize realism.

Yes. Clear photos from different angles, street view images, or older drawings are more than enough. We analyze proportions and details through these visuals and model identically.

Yes, indoor and outdoor LED lighting systems are professionally integrated where requested. The system operates via USB power (TV, power bank, computer, or any USB output). An external Wi-Fi remote control is also included.

Customs duties, import fees, and taxes vary by the buyer's country and local customs policies. Such expenses are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.

We use a special securing method: the platform is covered with protective tape and fastened to styrofoam and the box interior using hot silicone. The artwork does not move inside the box and arrives safely anywhere in the world.

Keep away from direct sunlight and display inside a box or showcase to prevent dust. When cleaning is needed, dust with a soft, dry brush.

Production time varies by complexity, scale, and current workload. An estimated schedule is provided once project details are finalized, with stage updates shared throughout.

Absolutely — revisions are welcome during the SketchUp approval stage. However, once digital approval is given and physical production begins, major changes are not possible due to the nature of the materials.
